What It's For
Light this one at the end of a long day, when you want the house to feel like yours again. Lavender has been hung over doorways and burned in homes for centuries as a way to clear the air after a rough day. Good for evenings, a Sunday reset, or your first night in a new place.
What You Get
A lavender-scented candle poured into a sage-green ribbed glass jar, with real dried lavender buds set into the wax. The scent is clean and herbal rather than perfumey. The empty jar is worth keeping: it washes out and works as a small vase or catch-all.
1. Trim the wick to a quarter inch before you light it. 2. Burn it in the evening while you tidy or wind down. 3. Keep burns under four hours and never leave it unattended.
Field Notes From Customers
Light it right at the front door for the first ten minutes after I get home, like the card says. Sounds oddly specific but it does make the transition from work-brain to home-brain feel real.
Lavender candles usually smell like air freshener to me but this one is much more herbal and real. Good wick, no tunneling after several burns.
