What exactly do I receive?

Each listing describes the physical object you get — the stone or the candle, its approximate size, and its finish. Stones are natural, so the exact shape, size and shade vary piece to piece. No two are identical.

Do you make claims about what crystals do?

No. We describe what a stone is — the material, the colour, the size, and what it has traditionally been associated with in folklore. We don't claim a stone treats, heals, or causes any outcome, and you should be sceptical of any shop that does.

How are the candles made?

They're poured by hand in small batches, with real dried botanicals set into the wax.

How do I look after a candle?

Trim the wick before each burn. Let the first burn run long enough for the melt pool to reach the edge of the jar, which helps it burn evenly afterwards. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from anything that can catch.

How do I look after a stone?

Rinse it under cool water and pat it dry when it gets dusty. That's all it needs.
